Infant Soothing Techniques: Teaching calming techniques to soothe your baby, including swaddling, rocking, and gentle movements.

Partner and Family Education: Educating your partner and family on how to best support you during this time.

Light Housekeeping: Assisting with household tasks like laundry and tidying up to allow more time for bonding with your baby.

Light Cooking: Help with meal prep and meal planning, as well as offering you warm food and drink while you recover.

Birth Plan Reflection and Debrief: Offering a space to reflect on your birth experience and process any emotions or concerns.

Sibling Support: Helping older siblings adjust to their new role and ensuring they feel loved and supported during the transition.

Referrals and Resources: Connecting you with local resources such as lactation consultants, pediatricians, or mental health support when needed.
